Steve Eckert, FACHE

Steve Eckert has over 18 years of experience in healthcare with a record of achievement in quality service delivery and project leadership with extensive experience in physician alliance management, healthcare operations, P&L management, account management, strategic planning, and project governance.  As Partner of Client Services, Steve has responsibility for executive oversight for all Client Services activities in the eastern half of the United States.

Steve is a decisive, results-driven leader with a demonstrated track record of delivering multimillion dollar consulting and software engagements on time and within budget, while maintaining 100% client satisfaction.  Prior to joining Encore, he has served in leadership capacities of various professional healthcare organizations and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.  His clients have included academic medical centers, multi facility/multi regional Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), large for-profit hospital organizations and regional medical centers.
