Paul Murphy, MBA

Paul has over 20 of experience in Operations, Information Management and IT consulting in a variety of settings. Paul has supported clients in a wide range of consulting engagements including IT Strategic Planning, IT Operations Planning, Systems Vendor Selection, Implementation Oversight and Contract Negotiations. Paul’s depth of experience in vendor selection across both clinical and financial/administrative systems in a wide range of provider settings has provided him a very thorough understanding of the health care information systems marketplace and key trends for future development.  Similarly, his experience in developing innovative strategic plans for a diverse range of provider entities and stakeholder groups has equipped Paul with a deep understanding of the tools and processes needed for success in our industry.  He has developed specific recent expertise in development of business models for physician practice EHR deployment, and patient engagement strategy development including Patient Portal and Personal Health Records.
