Dan Marino

Dan has over 16 years of experience in healthcare IT consulting, the majority of which has been dedicated to project management of clinical information system implementations.  His most recent experience has been with CPOE, Clinical Documentation, and Perioperative system projects.  Dan’s background also includes the redesign of healthcare operations to reduce costs and streamline workflows.  In addition to his IT consulting experience, Dan has in-depth knowledge of procurement and contract negotiations, gained through 15 years of healthcare operations experience with a variety of healthcare facilities. 

Prior to joining Encore, Dan’s experience included positions as a healthcare management consultant and project manager, Director of Contracts Administration, Director of Materials Management, Director of Purchasing, and Assistant Director of Group Purchasing.  Dan joined Encore in 2009.
