He also has experience leading teams that sell HIE and Revenue Cycle consulting services. For revenue cycle, his focus has been on consulting and outsourcing, revenue cycle process redesign, denials, improving front end, collection, etc. For HIE, the emphasis has been on data governance and on project management.
